Setup new iPhone 17

I bought an iPhone 17 without the SIM card slot.  How do I transfer the existing phone number from my old phone to the new iPhone 17 using eSIM?

You need to contact an agent for help with that hit the pink chat link in the bottom right corner and follow the prompts

hi @Clearwaters 

you need to buy a new eSIM on your new iPhone

 download the PM app on the new phone, login to the app, go to Account page and choose Buy sim card and select eSIM.

the system might still charge you the $5.  Pay and install the esim
