Please take the time to familiarize yourself with Public Mobile.
You will find PM does things a bit differently.

You would have to create a 4 digit pin, first time you call into the voicemail center they will prompt you to create an intro.
After that your voicemail should be activated and able to be changed on publicmobile.ca

Yes it does.

After your initial setup, there is no charge to check your voicemail from another phone. You can call the voicemail number (like xxx-580-4001) from another phone, then enter your phone number and pin.
