How do I stop my Public Mobile Service as I am moving out of Country and want to cut off March 30th?

Change your plan to $15 until you have some special low cost account which you dont want to lose.
Suspend your services and remove the autopay just to be sure.
Login again around 85 days to re-activate the services and if you are staying out more then suspend again after ~20 days.

@bossy - you can call 611 from your device to remove Autopay if you have a card registered.
Otherwise, if you don't have a registered card, then just don't top it up and it will be automatically closed after 90 days in nonpay/suspended status.
If you do have funds in your account enough to renew your plan, then log into your self serve account and list your phone into lost/stolen status on March 30th. This status is the same as nonpay/suspended status, so it will be gone after 90 days like this.

You can't actually "cut off" service (unless the number is ported elsewhere)
Just ensure there are no funds to allow it to renew and it'll eventually just suspend and terminate after 90 days in suspended status.
