Please log into your Public Mobile self serve account and disable the autopay subscription option if it's already enabled. Assuming that there there isn't enough available balance already in your Public Mobile account to pay for your renewal, the service on your account will get suspended. Being suspended for 90 days will cause the account to be closed.
