Hey everyone, I’m trying to set my daughter up an account and it’s 50 percent working. I can call out but no calls can come in. I can’t finish the set up because it’s asking for the “text” confirmation to her number but it’s but it’s not receiving incoming calls or texts….help please

Hello, yes it give me a confirmation number by email and then after I enter it, it then prompts me to receive a text confirmation number, which I can't get any incoming calls or texts.

Assuming you need a text confirmation for accessing Public: Is there an option to receive an EverSafe code by email?

So I'm going off the assumption that this is a brand new number; not a port. So the text confirmation is the one that Public Mobile sends for all new account set up.

To complete the setup to get the 2fa code, you'll need the help of a csa. They are closed for the night, but send them a message now and they will respond. tomorrow.

Do you have her old SIM card in the device? You will need to respond to the text confirmation before the number ports.Edit: I thought you were porting in.
