use browser from computer, clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,

To Login Page

status is Active,

 

if yes then turn off device and take out SIM card and reinsert back on,

Are they any other details you can provide @jagjitgarcha ...like:

  • how long have you been a customer?
  • And were services working without issue since activation?
  • What troubleshooting have you tried?
