Upgraded my subscription from 20 to 60 gb today and since the change occurred I haven't been able to access data at all without wifi.
help!!

Reboot your phone and Reset Network Settings on the phone, make sure data limit is not enabled
But if still no access to data, you will need to ask PM to check and help
Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
