I am not able to dial out, it says emergency calls only, anyone know what the problem is?

can you tell if mobile data and sms works

if you have a physical sim card, you can try it on another phone.

if you tried everything but nothing helps, report this to PM support agent.  Submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".

Check first is your account is active.
If yes, pull SIM out, clean contacts, push it back.
If yes, try your SIM in another phone.

If you have eSIM, difficult to troubleshoot...

look like network issue, check any network outage in your area

You can also try reboot your phone and Reset network settings.
