Please connect me. I have not been connect to the internet please help me. I am being charged but cannot use my internet when I am away from my home. Something is seriously wrong with the connection. I put the new Sim card in when it arrived and set up the account.

Did you activate the SIM on the PM app?
Did you port your old number over to PM or picked a new number?

PM won't contact you with a post like that. You need to create the ticket. Open ticket using the orange chatbot icon on lower right. Start with the question Submit ticket, then select Contact Us and you can open ticket submission page that way

Are you able to make calls and text? Is your data turn on?

Try to reset your network setting and make sure that APN is set to sp.mb.com
