Hi community,
I don't have service since last Monday when I just came back to Canada. I was three months outside. I was in automatic payment but I don't know what happened with it!
My cellphone says "Unregistered simcar". And I can't access into my account!
Can someone help me ASAP?

@Rose7The only thing you can do is message the moderators. Hopefully they can help you out. be as detailed as possible.
Talking to call center has to mean you were on a legasy plan. there is an announcement about upcoming price increases.
I have a sneaky feeling you are over teh 90 days of exired status, and that you will need a new sim card, hopefully though PM will be able to get your number back.

I suspended my service for 3 months. I contacted PM call centre and explained my situation before I traveled. They said that it was ok

Hi @Rose7. When was you automatic renewal supposed to be? Do you know if you were charged for the renewal?
Unfortunately, there have been several instances recently where the auto renewl payment has gone through, but the account was not properly renewed.
Based on the fact that you can't get into your account, (assuming you are not enterring the wrong password), your account must have been unpaid for at least 90 days.
At this point, I really think you need to get in touch with the moderators team, and hopefully they can get you back up.

Yes, there have been some autopay issues lately. Hopefully, you did not pass 90 days without a payment. Unfortunately you will need moderator assistance. Click this: message to moderators to send a private message to the moderator team with your phone number, PIN, and an explanation.
Meanwhile, if you need to make phone calls try an application like that from fongo.com. It provides free calling across Canada from wherever you are connected to wifi.

@Rose7 sorry to hear about your trouble.
If your account was overdue for more than 90days while you were out of country, your account may have been suspended.
You will have to contact the mods to get your account activated again. But you may lose your number.
Please send a private message to @CS_Agent. In your message please include:
- explaination of your issue
- your phone number
- your account number
- your account email
- your account pin
