I have money in my account to be taken for payment which was March 21,2019 and it’s still there and l have no service and it’s now March 24 ?? Why?? Who helps now that public mobile has cut out humans to help??

There is an issue with legacy accounts just follow the link that @Lieux included in the previous post send the moderators a private message and they will straighten it out for you.
