My subscription auto-renew every 27th of month (and payment is taken automatically from my credit card). Due to "Mega" Data Issues 2 days ago, it did not happen. So I dont have service since then. I did try to renew and pay my subscription in the APP and also in the Web Site, but I got a message that my payment cannot be processed.
Kindly share detail instructions to workaround this issue. I have tried everything from my side (updated Credit Card info, removed and reinstalled App, etc.) Thanks.

@Olivosos Your account does not renew "every 27th of month". PM service runs on 30 day periods. So your renewal service could/will shift by a day or so each month, unless of course the prior month had 30 days. If you had a January 31 renewal date, you would skip February completely and renew beginning of March.

Did you know that you can have your account suspended for a maximum of 90 days without any monthly payment?
You can renew it when you return to Canada but don’t leave it until the last day. I would suggest you renew it on the 88 day so you won’t loss your number, account won’t close and your SIM will continue to work. Just login to your account and make a manual payment to restore service and update your CC to restore AutoPay.

Thanks for the info. I am travelling out of Canada, so my only option is to buy the voucher via muskbird. By chance do you have the steps to get it? just went quickly to the site and it ask for direct top-up to my number but I have the $40 CAN-US-MEX subscription. Any thoughts.

honest, your renewal issue is not related with the data issue
and if you have tried paying buy the system cannot process it, the best way to renew and have service is is to buy the voucher from any Shoppers Drug Mart store, or any Loblaw's brand supermarket. Then load the voucher using My Account, PM app or by calling *611
