The service is not working. I tried.to reset the network settings but I'd dose't work. I submitted more than 10 tickets but no one replied. Now I don't have the service for the whole month, if you didn't help I'll go with the Customer protection service.

all your features not working (talk/text/data ?) Can you log in to your Public Mobile account to check on the status of your account please. Can you remove the Public Mobile sim and try it in a different cellphone.
