When making a phone call it goes from:
Calling....To call ended by itself
SIM has been removed
Phone has been reset and shutdown multiple times
I'd rather not do a factory reset as I don't have the time to back up my stuff.
Suggestions would be great

Thanks for the info.
This is super annoying. It's seems to be happening to me more than twice a month for me. I need to make an important phone call and only have this one phone available.
To Public Mobile: If these issues continue to happen, I'll be looking elsewhere for a phone plan. Not impressed.

Outages across the country. Hopefully it will be working again soon.

It seems like there is a network problem at the moment. I am experiencing the same things when I try toake phone calls or when I receive phone calls. I likewise restarted my phone several times and turned on and off airplane mode. Don't reset your phone, it seems like a network issue.
