I lost all voice services, daya and twxt work, I assume aomething to do with public moble customers moving to kodoo, i need a number with a live person to fix this, this robotic messaging support os for the birds. Fix this!

@Georges1968  There was a Telus Mobility wide outage affecting SK, AB, and parts of BC along with the sub-brands like Koodo & Public Mobile, here's an official post about it:

But it's working for me now in SK as of 4:06PM CST.

as a Public Mobile customer you should be aware that there are no numbers to call for assistance. The Community Forum is the first place to come for help. We're usually able to provide a solution to your question and if not we can provide further guidance...as clearly seen by above contributors to your question.
