Recently paid my phone bill but after 1gb out of 10.5 I’d got a text saying id used 100% of my data and then my calling and text stopped working and I am not sure what more to do

If none of your services work, you should contact a CSA and have them look into your sim card and provisions.
Either send a private message to CS_Agent or use the Chatbot Simon to get a service ticket started.

Just in case, check your account if it says Active.
Maybe cell tower in your area has outage.
Can you try your SIM in another phone?
Public Mobile has web page cache issue so you might be looking at obsolete status. Click on little spinner refresh icons lower down. Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.

Sometimes those texts are wrong.
You should login into your account and check out the usage yourself
Try logging into your account using a different browser in incognito or private mode and check again.
You were probably looking at old cached information before.
