Hello. My account is renewed today. I upgrade my plan. I can call someone but I can’t receive any calls. The data service is also not working. Tried resetting the network and turn on or off the device. Nothing seems to work.

Hmm, that's strange. Usually if you run out of minutes, they still let you accept incoming calls, but it doesn't sound as if that's your problem since the plan just renewed today.

hi there have been issues the last couple of days with plan changes meesing up , you need to contact customer service agent to fix it for you

 

1. you can open a ticket through Simon here https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

 

2. alternatively you can private message them here                               

           check your community envelope for a reply
