I don’t know what’s wrong i payed my payment on time but my service is gone I can’t recieve or call I also can’t use my data send sms I tried to log into the app it doesn’t let me I have a r sim I tried shutting off my iPhone and turned it back on nothing changed

Remember that PM is on a 30 days cycle and not monthly. It shouldn’t be an issue if you are on AutoPay.
Dial 611 or call 1-855-4PUBLIC to see if you just missed the payment and your account is suspended.
If this is the case, you need to make a manual payment to restore service. Your other payment will remain in your account as credit to pay for next month’s bill.

Check My Account and confirm if Available Funds still keeping the money there and didn't use the money to renew
Confirm with Payment history. You can show us screenshot of that so we can help further

do a network reset to see if that helps.
