I have been trying since yesterday to renew my payment info , to renew my plan and all I can get is errors , even when I try to submit a ticket I get an errors. I need my phone fixed what do I do , I need someone to call me to help fix this !

so just to confirm, you can neither text nor call in and out?
does data also not work?
What messaging do you here when you dial 611 from your device? That will tell you whether your service is active or suspended.
