I did not receive SIM card for more than 2 weeks. Send email no response. Try to create a ticket-unable to. The screen went blank. I would like to cancel the inactivated subscription and get a total refund

Some members have indicated that it took up to 3 weeks for the SIM to arrive.
You may want to contact a CS_Agent to arrange for pickup of a SIM from your local Telus/Koodo/Mobile Klinik store if It more than 3 weeks.

sorry, we are just customer, you need to contact PM to track the SIM or ask for cancellation. You send them a message yet?
