Hi, I ported my number to Public. The eSIM is installed but when I try to make a call the error I get is “7B1 service is not activated. Please help.

Yes. Previous service is inactive. PM eSIM has network but does not work

Did you remove your previous SIM or disable? Check that PM is primary and restart phone.
