Unable to make or receive calls. Shows that the phone is active on the system. Been a long term customer. Yes tried turning off and on, removing SIM card etc.

After trying restart your phone and no avail, your account may not be provisioned correctly.
Adding $1 to your account may trigger PM server to provision your account again. Make sure to restart your phone 10 minutes after doing this $1 trick.

Log into your account and click "Change SIM card" green arrow on picture below.
It will show you the last 4 digits of the sim card...now take the sim card out of your phone. Does the last 4 digits Match?

What plan do you have ? Could you have run out of minutes only applicable to 10$ plan.
Does sim work in a different phone?
Do you get any messages when dialog out?
If you think it's an account issue use Simon to contact the mods to investigate.
