Looks like you paid $52.50 to Public Mobile.  Are you using esim or hard sim ? Were you successful in creating your acct. Are you taking a new cell number or transfering from old network ??

did you check My Account to confirm if account is active? 

you confirmed you didn't enable Mobile Data Limit? 

try Reboot phone and click Reset Network Settings 

if same, submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:       
            https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html 
             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".  
             (If unable to receive 2FA SMS, click "Didn't Receive Code" or "Resend Code" and Select "Send Email")
