No service after number transfer. Need technical support from a human being this ai chat bot does do anything.

Just type in Submit a Ticket on Chatbot to connect with an CS_Agent.

But did you reply the text with YES from your previous carrier confirming you are porting over to PM?

This is account setup problem and you need PM to sort it out 

Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:
