I can't make calls but I can receive texts and sends texts my data is working buy still can't call out. I restarted my phone still noting for the past 2 days now

I try call out again keeps saying my phone number isn't activated

@Rainbow88  Check phone setting sim manger ensure PM is enabled or set to primary and reboot the phone see if that makes any difference 

add if not use the link provided in first reply may need support to refresh your account is all @Rainbow88

It's an e-sim

@Rainbow88  eSIM or physical sim ?? If p sim can you try sim in another phone to test ?? You can also try reseting network seating also but this will lose any saved wifi password and need to be re added afterwards . Is still no luck submit ticket
