Service down in Quebec - Montreal. Help

Hi, The service is down in Quebec, Montreal. It's 2:47pm. I've been a customer for under 6 months and this is the 3rd time this happens. I have not moved location and the service was working 5 minutes ago where i currently stand.

Why does this happen? what to do?

@rz514, Public Mobile runs on the best network in this country so if service went down for you then it must have went down for thousands of other customers in your area. Are you sure your phone is not the cause of this issue

@rz514 Sorry to hear you are not getting any service on the phone. Have you tried to Reboot the phone to see if you get service on the phone?
