Have you ordered the plan with physical sim mailed to you directly from PM? If so, this requires you to activate your plan. Try log in to your PM account in the PM app. There should be "activate" sign once logged in.

While strongly recommendd, having VoLTE is currently not a requirement for phone calls on the Public Mobile service.

What is the make and model of your phone?
You will need a phone with VoLTE to make calls because the 850 MHz 3G frequency has been removed. So enter the IMEI of your phone to see if it is compatible.

If it is compatible then reset the Network setting on your phone.
If it is not compatible then you should look for a new phone. This happened to my spouse’s Samsung S8+ because it was too old so I got her a Samsung S24FE…she is very happy with the new phone.

I’m a subscriber and I’m trying to makes calls and it’s not letting me I have paid so much out and still absolutely nothing and frustrating I been doing this since last week

Did you recently ported your number from another carrier to PM?
Or are you an existing member so we can try to help you?
What troubleshooting have you tried so we don’t repeat it?
