Might be just your Phone settings. Try resetting the phone and message settings and reboot the phone. Or just reset the whole phone if you got a backup.

Can you browse internet on mobile data?
If not, your APN settings is not right.
Try the simple procedure first by enable data and restart your phone to let PM SIM card to configure your APN settings automatically.
If you have a LG phone, you need to do a network reset after switching provider before your mobile data start wortking again.
