I think any company is really like that.
This is part of Public Mobile's Terms of Service.
Use the service in any way that requires excessive network capacity or that may adversely affect other Public Mobile customers or the service;
Also, to ensure fair network access to all users, Public Mobile may manage network resources using methods including, but not limited to:
• Filtering for spam and malicious content, which may occasionally result in unintended blocking of inoffensive content;

Sorry @Chalupa_Batman Textnow is not meant for that
TextNow's free wireless plan is for personal use only, and using it for commercial or business use can result in account limitations.
Accounts might also be limited due to suspected spam behavior, such as:
Sending harmful links
Sending lots of repetitive messages
Sending large blocks of text to many people at once

If you're going to send bulk SMS messages, you may not wish to do it from your PM phone number. I'd suggest using an app like TextNow to avoid getting flagged by Public Mobile. I am hoping of course, these bulk SMS messages are legit and not spam.

Your only real solution is avoid sending SMS in bulk. The difficulty here is how the systems are going to see such activities as spam. And, if the same SMS is being sent to a large amount of people, there's a good chance that some of these people didn't request such a message. Are these messages being sent for business purposes?

how big are the bulk sms you sent? 100? 200? I think there is a limit
try to break it into 100 at a time and wait a minute (or even 5) before you send another batch
but if you think you already got blocked, ask PM to check and release you
Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
