I’m trying to renew my number and it’s asking for a number verification?? My number is not working how could I get that verification.

@slatt - Has your account gone into nonpay/suspended status and you have never created a self serve account yet?
Where is it asking for a number verification? Were you trying to use this area?

Have you tried dialing 611 to pay with your on-file credit card ? You will need your pin number.
Alternative is to get payment voucher at retail level then dial 611 to apply them to your account.
Also try on-line payment vouchers from recharge.com or ding.com. They do have a small user fee.
