My account got deactivated and when I want to login or reset my account to continue my plan it only says that the account is locked and I have to wait on community. SIMon bot could not help me either.

If your account was suspended over 90 days, your account will be closed and cancelled. Your phone number will be returned to the provider who gave you your number.
You can get a new SIM card and activate a new plan.

You would have to contact moderators for assistance. If you're having problems with opening a ticket via SIMon you can private message them at link below.

You could also try dialing 611 from your phone..if it works you can add money if you're on auto-pay or buy a voucher to add funds..only if it works. Likely it will not work since you said account is deactivated.
So contact moderators vis private message.

@lukipuki123 wait for 50 minutes, clear your browser history , go to incognito/private mode and try to log in again. If you get in , manually load the payment and use the reactivate account option.
Which plan are you on?
If this fails, and you need to reactivate your plan tonight. You will either have to go to retailer and buy a voucher , and apply it using 611. Or use a service like recharge.com https://www.recharge.com/en/canada/public-mobile-top-up. Then contact a moderator to reactivate it for you. Click on the green questionmark in the white circle at the bottom right of your screen. This connects to the autobot Simon. Type moderator and follow the prompts to get to one. (CLICK on account specific question and human and submit a ticket).
