So, my plan expired as of October 29, and now I have money to pay for it. It's saying that I don't have a plan, and when I try to add a plan... Nothing comes up. I really need my phone today!

Give it a couple minutes and check your account to see if it automatically renews your plan.
EDIT: If you continue to have problems with the website, clear the browser cache or try an incognito window or a different browser/computer.

Looks like a website issue. Wait a few minutes.
Have you tried calling 611 and adding funds that way?

I need my phone today though... I'm supposed to be going somewhere important and I have kids. Ugh. This isn't good at all. 😞
