I keep getting the email and resetting the password but when I go back to login it fails...help

@Abelanger To reset the password, you will need to send a private message to the Moderator_Team with your account info. They will get back to you soon.

It could also be your browser, try clearing the cache or using another browser or icognito mode. Also check this article for more info:

If the password reset funciton is not working for you, you will need to contact moderator.
