That is true;however, someone else (other than me) will receive my emails because of the typo. I need the username/email change as a result.
i understand that I need to contact customer support.

You can still access your self serve even with a typo email but yes for forgot password link and other things it wouldn't be ideal so you will need a CSA to fix that snag for you.

You will need the help of a customer support agent. Open https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html and type "change self serve e-mail address" in the chatbot window.
