Self serve account locked out

Hello. 

 

I've been having trouble logging onto the self serve portal. I tried to reset the password right now and got "Sorry, you've been locked out. Please contact Public Mobile for help."

 

Any help would be appreciated.

You can contact moderator from official staff.  but there would be some delay.   There are lots of issue going on now.
