Self Serve security Question Issue

Hi there. For the past few days, I've been locked out of my account becuase I forgot my password. I tried resetting it, but the system asks me a security question I seem to have forgotten the answer to. So I can't get the email to reset my password. 

Is there a way around this issue? Will I need my email and phone number? I've tried contacting a Mod, but have not seen a response yet. Any help would be greatly appreciated and I'd like to resolve this ASAP.

Unless your service is down you are really at the back of the (1-2 day) queue. 

It's best to turn on email notification of private messages so you do not miss the deadline for resetting your account.
