Hi there,
wondering if anyone knows how to set up two factor authentication? Right now it sends a code to my cell number, but that’s not very safe nowadays, so do you know if Public Mobile has it set up to use an email code or a password keeper?

hi @Cagill you can let it send only to your email. Just login My Account, go to Profile page and click Manage EverSafe ID and remove the phone number. Once the phone number is removed, PM 2FA will send only to your email

If you log into your account and use this link. https://eversafe.id.telus.com/user/selfservemenu
You can have it sent to an email address not on your phone OR you can change the number it goes to. Doesn't have to be a PM number, at least not that I'm aware of.

PM only sends a code that's it
