Someone appears to be using my account. Many text and calls not made by me. As well, I signed up and paid for an Add On. I was billed but it’s not working.

Did you pick a new number or did you port your old number over to PM?

If you are porting your old number over, you need to reply to the text confirming you are porting over to PM with the old SIM in your phone…there is a 90 minute window for you to reply or porting process will be cancelled.

If you picked a new number, reboot your phone by powering off the phone then back on.

Did you reply "Yes" to the port authorization to move your number here from another provider?

 

If so, contact CSA's

 

To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:

 

  1. Use the ticketing system for a faster response time. Click here and type Customer Support Agent, then select Contact Us, then select Other (or the topic that more closely matches your request).  Click the result which states Click here to submit a ticket and follow the prompts,  or, 
  2. Send a private message to the Customer Support Agent by clicking here  You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.

 

Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.

If not, contact customer support to investigate.
