I have two accounts with public mobile but I can't get into my second account. I have tried the username name and password for the second one but doesn't work. It was a phone number that I transfered from freedom and it is currently working but can't get to it online. How can I get into it?

Hi @robgroeneveld99 yeah this has been happening lately to some customers with two or more accounts. Try deleting browsing history, cache and cookies, reboot, then give it another go. You can also try going incognito.. lots of users have success with this. Good luck and stay safe.

@robgroeneveld99 this happens to many customers. try to login to your self serve account at least once per month

@robgroeneveld99 Each account requires a unique email address. If you used the same email for both accounts submit a ticket to PM and change the email on file to a different one or an alias.

@robgroeneveld99 Contact a moderator for help. Be prepared to prove that the account is indeed yours.
You can contact the mods one of 2 ways. Click the chat bubble bottom right of the browser as shown in the picture and open a ticket through the automated ticketing system;
or you can contact them through direct messaging at the following link (note this way may take longer for a response);

In either case you should receive a reply within 48 hours though typically they are much faster. Watch the envelope icon top right for a reply.

Try going through your email accounts to see if you can find the welcome message from PM and then try the Forgot your password link.
