Hello,
Is there anything wrong with the Access Point settings? MMS is not working, both sending and receiving. I had my data turned on when trying to use MMS, and I tried using both Public Mobile and Public Mobile 2 in the Access Point name.

@ntk34 Change APN Type from default to default,mms and it should work.

Enable data and restart your phone and let PM SIM card to configure your APN automatically. If it fails to configure your APN automatically, manually configure APN according to previous post on this thread.
