That site is a good tool, but it's not the final answer when it comes to compatibility. The manufactuer often knows best when it comes to the specifications of the device and about the compatibility with certain networks. Band 2 and 5 for 3g/UMTS are important at Public Mobile because without those, phone calls won't work. Band 2 and and Band 4 for LTE are probably the most used, but are not completely required, although it would be a good idea to have them. With any cell phone compatibility check website, there are going to be some models missing from the database.
