If you have active account at PM try removing sim, clean contacts, push it back. reboot phone (turn off/on), try another sim in your phone to determine is if sim, service or phone creating this issue.

@Nadiye Are you in Ontario? There are still Telus problems due to the power outage from the ice storm. Otherwise, are you a new customer just activated a plan, or long-time customer and this suddenly just happened?
