It has been48 hours since I submitted my ticket, yet my SMS is still not working. This is beyond frustrating. I rely on it for my online banking. What kind of service is this? Regretting my switch to PM...

36 hours is the longest I waited so I doubt it will be much longer hopefully. I have not had any problems since but I have only been here a month so far. In the unlikely chance they fixed it already try rebooting your phone as they will ask you to do it once they do whatever on there end.

Their ONLY mode to reach customer support is through service tickets.
Trust me, their turnaround time has never been worse, and things don't appear to be getting any better.
It took me (and a relative) 48-72 hours to access customer support over the week-end due to an auto-pay failure on PM's part.
I'm starting to become rather concerned with all things Public Mobile in recent weeks ... for good reason I feel.

I can just imagine. However this is how Public Mobile chooses to do business. I've suggested several times there should be a notice on their website to show technical issues BEFORE people sign up. I've even suggested they place something pinned at the top of the support section. But nope. Welcome to Public Mobile. Where you pay less... for less.
