Purchased a new SIM card but when I update it in my account it doesn’t update after I hit enter

@sunprincess80 hi why are you changing sim was your phone lost/stolen ? if your accont was placed in lost stolen mode you need to click on it again before you can change sim

When using self service clear your browser cache and go incognito/private mode.
