I have a dual sim phone and I was travelling abroad. While abroad I have deactivated the public mobile sim card from the phone (CAT S60, 6.0.1 Android version) by mistake. Is it possible to reactivate the sim card or do I need to get a new sim?
Thank you,

If your account has not been paid over 90 days then your account would have been deactivated and you would need to purchase a new sim.
If you need a new sim can be purchased through Canadian Cell Supplies.com. They have them on sale for $1.89.

Thank you,
What do you mean "deactivated"? Did you have service? Did you keep paying? Or did you stop paying and then 90 days went by after the term expired? Deactivated is a keyword around here.

Thank you,
@gio2 How long has the account been dormant?

Thank you,
Hi @gio2 you cannot reactivate a sim card. You have to get a new Public Mobile sim card.

According to SIMon:
Note: An old SIM can’t be reused if your account has already been deactivated
