Just bought a sim plan, but my sim card is not registering. When I logging it is sending me a code to my phone number but I am not receiving the text on the phone

To get the code click on did not get code under there it asks for code and you can have it sent to your email. Put in a ticket to get your text working. Will take about 24 hours for a reply. Also add your info to the ticket as it will speed thing up. Name number email

@Annickaseb You can contact customer service and submit a support ticket using the chat/message icon bottom right of this page. It may be related to the current SMS problem, but they will advise.
