I find similar situation ,I ported by number from Virgin still both Sims are active it's been 8 hours .
I activated my plan with PM. how long does it take to make the Virgin network sim invalid

@ajay2504 check if you were charged for activation. If yes, the activation might have gone through properly or partially. Insert the sim in your phone and see if it works. If you weren't changed, sim card should still be valid so try activating again. This time try using incognito/private browsing mode.

@ajay2504Did you activate in store, or yourself (online)? If you did it yourself, did you encounter any errors? If payment was by CC, do you know if payment was taken?
