thus to access to my account it asks for verification of the code that is sent to the phone number of a lost SIM. stuck there for month now and am billed continuously

When you login to your accounts, tap Resend Code and you will have the option to send the 2FA code by email, text or call to access your account to suspend payment or replace with new SIM number.
