SIM card

@CS_Agent I just started a plan with you guys a couple days ago and love it! My brother told me about you guys and he had ordered a SIM card in the mail to get the $40 plan with 4.5 GB, which ended yesterday. But the SIM card still hasn't arrived, is it possible to get a rain check for him?

Yeah, really bad timing.  Just wait for the next deal, the new $40 plan is almost the same, just 2 GB less data.

There are a couple of build your own plans that does offer some promotion presently:

$40 for 4.5 GB at 3G speed ----> now available for $45 for 4.0 + 1 GB

$45 for 6 GB at 3G speed-----> now available for $45 for 4.0 + 1 GB

$50 for 8 GB at 3G speed (with US calling) ---->  $40 for 6.0 + 2 GB

Your brother might want to consider.  If better deals come in the future, you can always change to new promotion.

Unfortunately, it's not possible.  The $40/4.5GB has expired for the time being, so you would need to select a plan that is currently available.

That being said, chances are that there will be more promotional plans coming in the future, so keep an eye out.
