First, it depends if your account has been deactivated for more than 90 days. If it's been less than 90 days, just log into your account and proceed to make a payment. If it's been more than 90 days, you will need a new SIM card.

if you have a sim card that was activated before, sorry, you cannot reuse it for another activatoin
buy a new one from Telus , Koodo or MobileKlink store for $10 or buy from Amzon for $5
